we first told you about Jennifer Yong and her boutique bakery business, Homestead Specialty Baking, a few months ago, you can read the original post here. we are excited to tell you about a Gluten Free Vancouver giveaway care of Homestead Specialty Baking! as you may recall, Jennifer creates delicious, wholesome, naturally sweetened baked items such as mini cupcakes, cookies, carrot cake, and scones.

Jennifer specializes in baking for those with special dietary needs, and her menu includes gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free baking. for her gluten free items, Jennifer uses Anita's Organic brown rice flour, sweet potato starch, and tapioca starch. while Homestead is not an exclusively gluten free boutique bakery, food safety is of utmost importance to Jennifer, and she takes special precautions to avoid cross contamination. Robyn and I are huge fans of Jennifer's fresh and delicious baking, and we have not once experienced any gluten reactions! only an addiction to her high quality baking!

Jennifer is offering one lucky reader a prize package including two of each of the following items:
chocolate chip cookies
brownies
banana fig date muffins
savoury scones
