weekend update: facebook roundup!

Andrea and I are so excited that we have almost reached 300 ‘likes’ on our facebook page! we are also amazed that over 4,000 people visit our page on a monthly basis. thank you to all of our readers who have supported us, we are truly happy that we have been able to help so many of you with the challenge of eating gluten free. many of you are also there for us when we need support too! what a great gluten free community we have! enjoy your weekend wherever you might be..and go Canucks go! + Andrea and I are attending the Celiac Disease Foundation’s annual education conference and food faire on May 14th in L.A!

+ Edible Flours has recently opened their new retail location, can't wait to check it out!

+ we love making gluten free grilled cheese sandwiches using a few favorites like Udi’s Gluten Free Foods sandwich bread and Toastabags!

+ congratulations to Desert Essence! their gluten free green apple ginger shampoo won this years Earth Day Beauty Award for best shampoo! we love it too.

+ we love Vij’s Rangoli! several items are gluten free including the caramelized onion and ginger lamb curry with rice.

this is a great blog, i have struggled alot with skin issues, somedays my face just randomly breaks out in boil like acne, yuck! i have tried the desert essence and am quit happy with it so far, even though i stil have some break outs...
